Return Policy

At PC Server World, we understand that there may be occasions when a return is necessary. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and clear process.

Warranty & Defective Items

  • We offer an exchange for defective or damaged products within the warranty period.

  • The standard warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

  • Any issues must be reported within this 30-day period.

Damaged in Transit

  • If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the package.

  • Please retain all original shipping materials as they may be needed to file a claim with the carrier.

Returning Non-Defective Items

  • If you wish to return a non-defective item by choice, you may do so within the 30-day period.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Authorization

  • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted—no exceptions.

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to:

    • Items returned due to customer ordering error.

    • Items returned as defective but found to be in working condition upon inspection.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for:

    • Initial return shipping.

    • Any RMA-related shipping charges.

  • Replacement shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by PC Server World.
