Warranty & Defective Items

We offer an exchange for defective or damaged products within the warranty period.

The standard warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Any issues must be reported within this 30-day period.
Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the package.

Please retain all original shipping materials as they may be needed to file a claim with the carrier.
Returning Non-Defective Items

If you wish to return a non-defective item by choice, you may do so within the 30-day period.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Authorization

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted—no exceptions.
Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will apply to:
