We understand that from time to time the need to return an item may occur. Please read below for a detailed overview of our return policy:
- We offer an exchange for defective or damaged products within the warranty period.
- The standard warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- Any issues must be reported within this 30-day period.
- If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the package.
- Please retain all original shipping materials as they may be needed to file a claim with the carrier.
- If you wish to return a non-defective item by choice, you may do so within the 30-day period.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted—no exceptions.
- Replacement shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by PC Server World.
- A 25% restocking fee will apply to:
- Items returned due to customer ordering error.
- Items returned as defective but found to be in working condition upon inspection.
